Energy prices are on the move again, but this time in a more favorable direction. In August, fuel pump prices have declined almost as rapidly as they rose this spring. Although prices have not yet fallen to first of the year levels (when $3.00/gallon was near a record high), there are indications that fuel prices will continue to decline as we approach Labor Day.  Read more...
